BAKING CLASS


In our English lessons in 6A class we talked about FOOD. 
We have learnt vocabulary, dialogues at the restaurant and we have read lots of recipes.
As the result, pupils baked at home, showed us the pictures and presented the recipe. During the presentation we also tasted their cakes what they have prepared and brought us. Everything was sooo delicious. Yummy!
Finally we baked at our school kitchen. Children got the instructions, they brought the ingredients, and they baked the perfect cake (and ate it all!).
We enjoyed that a lot as you can see in the pictures and there is also the recipe.

Spongecake


Ingredients:

6 eggs

300g icingsugar

300g flour
1 vanillasugar
1 bakingpowder
1 dl oil

1 dl water
fruit


Instructions:
1.      Separatetheyolks and theegg- whites /eggs/.
2.      Mix theyolkswithsomesugar and somevanillasugar.
3.      Addsomewater and someoil.
4.      Mix theegg- whitesintothe ´snow ´-whippedegg-whites
5.      Mix thebakingpowderwiththeflour.
6.      Addthewhippedegg-whites
7.      Addtheflour
8.      Mix lightly.
9.      Putthemixture on thebakingtray.
10.     Coverthedoughwiththefruit.
11.     Bake for 25 minutes on 200 ̊C
